October 23, 2005 - Tea Party

As our families have grown we have all spread out into different directions. Here's hoping this site helps to bring us back together and up to date with all the family gatherings and events.

Sunday, October 23, 2005 - Aunty Jessye hosted our first ever (and hopefully more to come) The Grubbs Ladies' Tea. We all enjoyed this event so much and there was lots of catching up to do. We did manage to get a little family business done as well. We collected family e-mail addresses, chose a Christmas get together location among other things.

What's New?

10/1/05: Aunt Ladybug passed away today. Aunt Bug fell and broke her shoulder about the middle of August, and was in the hospital 2 weeks and then was put in a Nursing Home because she couldn't care for herself. She developed pneumonia but was getting over it and had a relapse and died.

12/3/05: Angie is hosting a bridal shower for Rose

12/24/05: Christmas Eve gathering at Tim & Tiffany's

12/25/05: Christmas Day gathering at John & Nieva's

01/08/06: Birthday party for 2 of Nieva's grandchildren + say HI to Wendie

01/21/06: Chip & Becky renewing their wedding vows for their 25th wedding anniversary.

01/28/06: Jenny's Peacock's 9th birthday party
